Celina

A quiet research tool. It looks things up without an account, so what comes back follows the topic instead of your history.

How a search works

  1. Your question is broken into searches.
  2. Celina reads the pages it finds and checks for gaps.
  3. It writes an answer and cites each claim.
  4. Every citation is checked against text it actually retrieved.
  5. Disagreement and missing evidence are stated plainly.

What you can watch

  • A live trace of every search, page, filter and failure.
  • A traffic list of every network request Celina makes.
  • A token meter showing what each step used.

What it keeps

KindWhat happens to it
Kept workSaved to your library on your computer, until you delete it
Session trafficDeleted when you end the session
Incognito sessionDeleted when ended, when the page closes or on restart
Old sessionsExpire after 24 hours by default

What it does not do

  • Hide your IP address. Use your own VPN if you need that.
  • Log in to social platforms as you.
  • Send notifications, streaks or badges to pull you back.
  • Run a cloud service, accounts or telemetry.

You will need

  • Windows with the WebView2 runtime (included with Windows 11).
  • A model key, or Ollama running locally.
  • The tester build is unsigned, so Windows may warn you.
